Building wealth through real estate investing doesn’t mean that you need to risk everything and put your hard-earned savings on the line.

At GrowAbility Equity, we help you build wealth through lower-risk, high-growth real estate investments in strong markets throughout the U.S.

We personally vet every real estate investment before we present it to you, saving you time and ensuring the best fit for you and your investing goals.

Real estate syndications are essentially group investments. Rather than investing in a rental property on your own, real estate syndications allow you to invest passively, typically with $50,000 minimum, avoiding all the hassles of being a landlord. We all pool our money together to invest in a commercial asset, like an apartment community.

When you invest passively in a real estate syndication, you simply invest your money and let us do the work for you. We manage the properties, paperwork, and business plan on your behalf while you sit back and enjoy the passive income, knowing that your capital is purposefully invested for low risk and high growth.

…all without the hassles of being a landlord.

Hello! Willie and Kevin here, founders of GrowAbility Equity.

You almost fell for it. Traditional advice tells us to suffer through the dawn-to-dusk work hours, do whatever it takes to achieve promotions, and that building wealth is a result of increased contributions to our 401Ks.

But you know that advice alone doesn’t work, which is why you’re here, dynamically gaining knowledge about growing your wealth through commercial real estate.

Since we discovered the legacy-generating power of multifamily real estate investments, we’ve been passionate about sharing opportunities, so you can invest with integrity, enjoy more freedom, and feel empowered and in control of your financial future.

Our Team

Willie Wahba

Managing Partner

Willie Wahba, co-founder and Managing Partner of GrowAbility Equity, has been investing in real estate since 2002. He initially began his journey in real estate by focusing on the strategy to buy, rehab, rent, refinance, and repeat, also known as “BRRRR”.  He managed to complete about 50 transactions before transitioning to active and passive investing through commercial real estate assets such as apartment complexes, storage units, and mobile home parks.

In 2019, Willie and his wife along with other partners acquired two apartment complexes in addition to investing passively in 600 units. In less than two years of employing investing benefits such as value add, tax savings, cash flow, and refinance, they managed to double their net worth and improve their lifestyle.  Recently the family had the financial wherewithal to spend the entire summer traveling to multiple locations around the world, a much-needed vacation after being grounded during the pandemic.

Willie didn’t always have an easy path.  He immigrated to the United States from Egypt to attend engineering school.  After that, he spent 20 years in Corporate America, leading and managing multi-million dollar defense and commercial contracts in the aerospace Industry.  During those 20 years, he developed a passion for real estate and has turned that passion into a growing, healthy real estate portfolio.

At GrowAbility Equity, Willie has direct responsibility for property acquisition, capital improvement projects, asset performance analysis, and overseeing asset management.

Kevin Anderson

Managing Partner

Kevin Anderson, co-founder and Managing Partner of GrowAbility Equity, has been investing in real estate since 2005. During that time, he initially focused on buy-and-hold rentals then transitioned to active multifamily investing/management and passive investing through Commercial Real Estate Syndications from multifamily to self-storage to mobile home communities to select service hotels. Kevin has implemented various cash-flowing, tax-saving financial strategies with real estate at the core over the last decade. This approach has substantially contributed to a 10X increase in net worth over the last 6 years, enabling he and his wife the opportunity to reach financial independence faster than planned, freeing them up to travel, spend time with friends and family, and supporting their church generously, including providing college scholarships.

Prior to transitioning full-time to real estate, Kevin spent 7 years running a college financial planning firm. Before that, Kevin spent 20 years in Corporate America, leading marketing teams and managing multi-million dollar P&Ls to drive market share and business success in categories from yogurt to cereal to OTC pharmaceuticals to banking services. Kevin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University and he has an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business.

At GrowAbility Equity, Kevin has direct responsibility for investor relations, marketing, market analysis and administrative services.
